#2. What we collect
- Account details: email, name, mobile number, user type, terms acceptance and marketing preferences.
- What you add: portfolio properties, saved searches, watchlists, reports and messages to the AI advisor.
- Subscription details: plan and billing status; card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- AI assistant connections: the connection and sign-in events, and the requests made through the MCP connector, for security, usage limits and billing.
- Usage and device data: pages and features used, device type, browser and approximate location from your IP address.
We do not ask for government ID or special-category data. An email address is required to create an account; without it we cannot provide the Services.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not make decisions with legal or similar effects about you by automated means alone.
#4. AI features and AI assistants
- The AI advisor is provided by PAI Real Estate LLC. It sends your messages and related account and property data to an AI model provider to generate answers automatically, without human review.
- The MCP connector returns Prop-AI data to the AI assistant you add it to, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Your sign-in shares your Prop-AI account identifier and plan with the connection, not your password. What you type into the assistant, and its answers, are handled by the assistant's provider under its own privacy policy.
#5. Who we share it with
- Service providers for hosting and databases, payments, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, messaging, security and AI models. They act on our instructions under data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Within the Prop-AI group: Prop-AI Tech Ltd shares with PAI Real Estate LLC your name, contact details and the properties you add or ask about, so it can offer and provide brokerage services.
- Authorities, when the law or a court order requires.
- A buyer or successor in a sale or restructuring of the group, under the same commitments.
#6. International transfers
Some service providers process data outside the UAE and the DIFC. We transfer data only to countries with adequate protection, or under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
#7. How long we keep it
- Active accounts: while your account is active.
- Inactive accounts: deleted or anonymised once no longer needed.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Unsubscribes: your email stays on a suppression list so we keep honouring your choice.
#8. Security
We use encryption in transit, secure session cookies and access controls. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
#9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@prop-ai.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection (Prop-AI Tech Ltd) or the UAE Data Office (PAI Real Estate LLC).
#10. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run our support chat. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the Services are used and how our ads perform; you can accept or decline them when you first visit and change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.
#11. Changes
We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in the Services. The current version is always at prop-ai.com/privacy.
